Learning & Development Partner (Interim Contract. Deliver bespoke training programmes (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management development) that are best in class to ensure that staff are on boarded, developed and engaged throughout the lifecycle. Identify, in consultation with the business and learning champions, future training requirement. Course evaluation, reporting, feedback for internal and external facilitators and course amendments where necessary. Review and development of Learning map and competency framework. Completion of regular training needs analysis and solution implementation in conjunction with the business. Skills & Experience. CIPD, IITD qualification (desirable. Excellent team player- ability to integrate and build effective relationships at all levels. Ability to present and report to leadership and key stakeholders. Project management skills, plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines.
