Senior Manager Leadership Development & Learning Partner. Sanderson is partnering with its Global Professional Services client to recruit a Leadership Development & Learning Partner to lead the Leadership Development for Mid to Senior levels across the business and be a dedicated Learning Partner for a business unit. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Learning Senior Manager to ensure current and future leaders are developed in line with ambitious growth plans. Core Duties. Responsible for the creation and implementation of Leadership Development Strategy and supporting portfolio. Leading the content design and roll-out of Leadership Development curriculum from Manager to Director Level. Provide coaching as part of the Leadership development plans. Review and development of Learning maps and competency frameworks. Participate in Talent assessments (local and regional) for pathways programme. Incorporate the 70:20:10 model across all leadership development programs and the business unit. Represent on the Talent & OD team on a Global and Regional level. Creation, negotiation and monitoring of the learning budget; creation of monthly forecasts and accruals and reporting to finance, operations and stakeholders. Completion of regular training needs analysis and solution implementation with the business. Manage & lead the deployment of the Graduate induction & onboarding curriculum. Development of relationships across all Service Lines to build a strong network locally and internationally within HR and Talent Teams. Design and deliver Learning at Work campaigns and content to promote a learning culture. Support the development and deployment of the Career framework. Promote and incorporate a Diversity Equality & Inclusion focus on all Leadership and Development content. In collaboration with the DEI Lead and Head of Talent & OD. Internal facilitator for bespoke engagement and professional development team learning. Course evaluation, reporting, feedback for internal and external facilitators and course amendments where necessary. Talent & OD Projects and continuous improvement and transformation using an agile approach. Skills and Experience. Minimum of 3 years at Senior Management level accountable for leadership development. Demonstrated experience in designing leadership development content from mid-career to senior levels. Learning and development experience in a professional services firm or similar. Extensive facilitation experience. Accredited assessor in 360 Psychometric assessments such as Tracom social styles or equivalent. Experienced Lifestyle Inventory & Highest performing team coach facilitator. Identify, in consultation with the business and learning champions, future training requirements based on Transformational Leadership Model and Purposeful Growth business strategy. Demonstrate progressive learning techniques using digital tools and learning models supporting a hybrid learning and working environment. Experience of coaching and developing colleagues within the wider Talent Team.
