Total Reward Specialist. Sanderson are currently recruiting a Total Reward Specialist for its long established and highly successful client on a perm basis. This role will work closely with the Head of Function in delivering Reward and Benefit Programmes across the Irish business. You will deliver key initiatives; annual reward cycle, market benchmarking, job evaluation along with wider benefits and well being offerings to support the business and colleagues. Core Responsibilities. The role will be a key support in the delivery and implementation of the reward & benefits processes and initiatives in line with the annual cycle and programmes. Design compensation packages that encompass all aspects of benchmarking for new and existing roles that ensure fairness, consistency, competitiveness, and sustainability. Contribute to the design and development of the Reward and Benefit strategy, considering business and people strategies. Based on market trends provide updates and design change proposals for existing schemes that keeps us relevant and up to date with the market. Monitor the compensation structure to ensure it is up to date with market trends and suits the business needs. Promote and contribute to our wellbeing agenda. Support with Benefit projects as required. Comply with legal and revenue requirements for all schemes and ensure compliance. Provide analysis, insight, reports and papers for Exec meetings. Coach and support offshore Reward & Benefit Team, ensuring delivery of processes and resolution to employee queries. Support the People Team to understand our total compensation package ensuring colleague. understanding and provide advice and direction to senior management. Liaise and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party providers. Forecasting and managing costs effectively, always being cost conscious. Champion change, share ideas and experience to deliver results. Collaborate with colleagues and develop relationships across the business. Follows our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence. Skills and Experience. Third Level Degree. 3+ plus years' experience as a compensation & benefit specialist. Experience of working with leading benchmarking methodologies. Strong communication and influencing skills. Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder skills.
