HR Business Partner (Organisational Development. Role Summary. Sanderson is working with its public sector client to hire an HR Business Partner for a permananet hire to deliver best practice HR and Organisational Development, in partnership with management in the assigned business areas and projects to meet business needs and deliver on the mission, vision and strategy of the organisation. Core Duties. Partner with managers to ensure the delivery of best practice people management in assigned business areas and improve employee engagement and performance. Provide coaching and expert advice on HR, OD and ER issues to managers in assigned business areas and projects. Work with the HR Operations Manager to implement best practice approaches to integrated workforce planning, resourcing and recruitment, with a focus on job and team design, to align talent and HR/budgetary resources with business needs. Proactively work as a member of the HR team to deliver integrated HR and OD services, initiatives and solutions to meet business needs and develop talent. Lead the development and implementation of assigned HR and OD projects to meet current and future business needs. Provide organisational design & development and workforce planning consulting services in assigned business areas and projects to align structures, processes, teams, roles and skills with vision/strategy/business needs. Act as the first point of contact for line managers in assisting and advising on ER and employee wellbeing issues, with a focus on early intervention and alternative dispute resolution. Proactively identify HR and OD needs in partnership with managers and design 'people and process' focused solutions to meet needs. Plan, manage and implement change with managers in assigned business areas and projects through best practice OD, HR and ER. Support managers in managing talent and performance, and the development of people management capability. Provide support and advice to ensure compliance with employment law and policies. Use HR metrics and data to improve business outcomes. Essential. 3rd Level Qualification in HR or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years plus HR experience and record of achievement as a HR professional. Desirable. Membership of the CIPD.
