Business Analyst (Automation) Sanderson have teamed up with a multinational insurance company to recruit a Business Analyst (Automation) on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work with the Automation Scrum team in the Transformation/Business Changer function to; work with subject matters experts, product owners and scrum team to gather, analyse, design and test solutions supporting business goals. Responsibilities: Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement. · Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. · Perform requirements analysis by conducting SME (client) interviews. · Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. · Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing Process Definition Document/Business Requirements Document. This includes user stories and backlog management. · Create High Level and Modular Maps/Keystroke Document. · Conduct meetings and presentations to review and validate findings. · Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. · Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. · Create user acceptance test cases and perform user acceptance testing. · Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users. · Manage competing priorities. · Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects. · Work within the Agile, Scrum framework. Ensuring effective risk management through all stages of execution of the programme in line with the programmes risk management plan and including the identification and potential impact of any delivery risks and operational risks. Experience: Degree or equivalent experience. Min of 5+ yrs. experience of business analysis in financial services. Experience working as a business analyst in Insurance/customer service function/automation. Preferable: Experience of business workflows systems and mainframes, Blueprims/Automation Software and Scrum Mythology. Experience of data analysis. Experience of facilitating workshops, requirement gathering, process modelling and developing business solution options. Ability to work well at all levels of professionals the organisation. Excellent active listening, root cause identification and interpersonal skills. Excellent business analysis and business solution design skills. Good communicator and able to influence people.
