HR Director Interim. Sanderson's Tech start-up is in growth mode and recruiting for an interim HR Director to work with some of the brightest commercial minds in the software industry. This Interim role will report to the COO and lead a high performing People Operations team. You will design and drive the strategic People agenda through a period of continued high growth, orchestrate the execution of cyclical People Ops programs and be the senior point of contact to the leadership team and the organisation on complex people matters. This is a unique opportunity to play a leadership role through a pivotal phase of a high growth tech journey. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, which offers flexibility in terms of work location and hours. (part-time / flexi time working patterns are welcomed. Core Responsibilities. Providing leadership and mentoring to People Ops team members (4. Acting as the senior point of contact and subject matter expert on complex or commercially critical talent matters. Acting as the senior point of contact on people matters to the executive team. As a member of the leadership team, providing expert People input to organisational initiatives and decision making and supporting and driving overall business performance. Facilitating the development of the annual people ops strategy, and orchestrating the execution of that strategy. Leading the execution of the full calendar of cyclical People Ops programs (performance management, salary review, talent management, employee survey etc. Leading the execution of critical strategic people initiatives. Driving performance against key metrics, and leading people ops reporting. Skills & Experience. 5+ years' experience in a Senior People Ops Leadership role, ideally in a tech company, and. ideally with exposure to both US and EMEA operating environments. Experience providing leadership across People Operations disciplines, from culture to performance, employee experience, reward, compliance, learning… and everything in between. Track record of leading a high performance team. Experience managing a program of strategic/change projects. Experience managing operational processes to a high standard of execution. Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship building skills up to C Level. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
