Talent Acquisition Specialist. Sanderson is working in partnership with its leading client to recruit a permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the end to end recruitment process across the business. This is a Dublin City Centre based role that offers Hybrid working. You will have some inhouse recruiting or a successful agency recruiter looking to move in house. Strong attendtion to detail and process orientated with excellent relationship management skills. Core Responsibilities: Full life cycle recruitment to include screening and sourcing candidate, reviewing and assessing applicants, offers and on boarding process. Support the Resourcing Manager and HR team to execute and implement the resourcing strategy. Develop and apply appropriate sourcing strategies and approaches for different roles as required. Engage with the business to create a compelling and positive candidate and hiring manager experience that align with values and employer brand. Engage with hiring managers to understand requirements; skill-set, experience, education and competencies. Proactively source candidates through various channels including social media, online job postings, and recruiter network. Manage relationships with agencies and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with external vendors to ensure fair partnership and superior service delivery. Effective, regular and accurate measurement, tracking and reporting of progress against hiring and workforce plan. Skills and Experience. In-house recruitment experience a distinct advantage. Excellent knowledge of developments and expertise in the recruitment space including hiring and assessment. Complete understanding of the recruitment function and the on-boarding and compliance process. Knowledge of relevant employment law, in relation to the recruitment and selection. Strong relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders and leadership.
