Programme Executive - The Role Profile. Offshore Renewables Programme Development responsibilities will include: Act as primary researcher in SEAI on the implementation of Roadmap technology funding recommendations to advance offshore renewable energy technology development and deployment and manage day to day requirements including: Researching and compiling a list of suitable possible funding mechanism models to support offshore renewable energy technology o Design of a technology funding programme. Develop the structures and supports required for a successful technology funding programme. Engaging stakeholders and managing steering group meetings. Progress actions required to deliver a technology funding programme. Manage deliverables of project o Liaising with Finance colleagues, manage financial supports, structures and reporting requirements. Manage interactions with the Department on all queries relevant to the project. Manage offshore renewables technology funding programme communications and promotion requirements including: Development of a communications and engagement plan. Website development and updates. Interactions on social platforms and online applications. Supporting partners (software, communications, finance, DECC etc.) in delivering on communication requirements for the project. Event organisation including stakeholder engagement, online promotional events and webinars. Represent SEAI at national and international events to promote SEAI funding support programmes and the Irish Ocean Energy sector. Develop and maintain strong business relationships and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Key Knowledge and Skills : * Proven project management skills. * A proven proactive approach to achieving results, including managing scope, time, risk assessment, cost and quality. * Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to represent SEAI in a public forum. * A capacity to build positive working relationship with colleagues and external stakeholders; to work in multi-disciplinary teams and to network effectively. Experience and Personal Qualities Required Essential Requirements. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate. * A primary degree in a relevant area of finance, business, science or engineering. * A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a related discipline. Post graduate studies may be included. * Experience of programme development and delivery. * Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and managing projects involving a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. * Experience of project management for websites and social media interactions.
