Description

Outsourcing & Third-Party Risk Manager. A Permanent opportunity with hybrid working which can be based Dublin/Belfast/Derry - reporting to the CFO, where you will manage all aspects of the Outsourcing Governance framework to create & implement a program addressing all outsourcing & 3rd Party Risk matters. You will have: - Experience of Outsourcing & Supplier/3rd Party Risk Mgt., in a financial services environment. Know the CBI Guidelines, & have supported a range of internal stakeholders before. Key priorities are to: Develop/maintain the Outsourcing Policy & governance framework ; ensuring compliance with CBI & internal requirements. Ensure robust design & updating of governance framework to support a changing outsourcing landscape. Execute & implement a Governance & O versight control programme via the Outsourcing & Supplier Risk Committees. Provide direction & guidance to the Supplier Mgt. community through due diligence requirements & present to Outsourcing & Risk Committees, Board & CBI notification process. Develop & deliver Outsourcing & 3rd Party Risk Mgt. training to ensure best practice outsourcing framework. Represent company at outsourcing forums & committees & contribute to strategy & direction. Work with a matrix team of 4-6 resources to deliver robust mgt. of 3rd Party Risk across all Supply Base & Strategic Relationships. Build positive relationships through an on-time delivery of commitments & ensure effective communication with stakeholders. You will have: - 5+ years exp. in Outsourcing & 3rd Party Risk Mgt. of Suppliers in a regulated environment. 5+ years exp. directing Internal Stakeholders regarding Supplier onboarding, due diligence & governance. a 3rd Level qualification in relevant discipline. Strong understanding of CBI Guidelines on Outsourcing, EIOPA for Cloud Outsourcing etc. Guide senior executives & internal dept.'s at all levels on best practice outsourcing to 3rd Parties. Interpret regulatory rules & guidance notes in a practical manner. Bring excellent organising & planning with a keen attention to detail. Clearly present information to senior s/holders & mgt.
