Marketing Executive. Sanderson is partnering with a leading Insurance company, one of the largest mutual life, pensions, and investment company in the UK. They are authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland and provide protection products through Financial Brokers across Ireland. Their excellent customer service and mutual mindset means they take a longer-term view and focus on providing best customer outcomes. Role Purpose. The organisation is seeking applications for a Marketing Executive who will assist and lead in the development of effective and varied campaigns that support the delivery of the company's marketing plan and objectives. Content writing, both for online and traditional marketing channels, is a key component. The role sits in the compact market team so is varied and dynamic across all elements of the marketing mix and involves B2B and B2C audiences. Key Responsibilities. Support with planning, management, and delivery of a comprehensive marketing communications plan, within agreed timescales and budgets and across channels. Deliver campaigns and manage relevant product or service updates across all collateral ensuring a consistent application of any change across all media channels. Develop and produce quality and consistent content for online channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and emails. Lead on website SEO and adapt content for this purpose. Assist with planning, management, and delivery of a comprehensive marketing events plan, both online and in-person, within agreed timescales and budgets. Work with key internal specialists and translate technical information into digestible and easily understood content, complying with industry regulations. Essential Criteria. Educated in a marketing discipline. Experience in a marketing role. Experience in content creation, and editing across a variety of media, both traditional and digital. Strong time management and project management skills. Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude and work style. Experience working with email platforms, website CMS and SEO, and a good understanding of digital analytics. Desirable Criteria. Experience of meaningful PR outputs. Video production and editing skills. Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry. (protection/pensions) and legislative environment. Experience in the Financial Broker market.
