Project Manager (Client Side) | Dublin (West) | c. €80k & Benefits. Our client has a 500+ acre site with existing facilities with a new 20-year masterplan that will add more sports facilities of national and international standard, hotel accommodation, and residential apartments for short and long-term lease of purchase. The projects will be a mixture of large civil engineering and construction works foe large multi=million projects also will be bundles of smaller buildings for a variety od uses by sporting bodied, government departments and other public and private tenants. Unique opportunity to join the ‘on-site’ client-side Project Management team being involved in projects from design, planning, contract award, site supervision to completion and managing the facility thorough its Life-Cycle. This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual and will provide detailed insight and experience in property development, campus management, finance, funding, government, procurement, and construction. Candidate: Third level Degree in Property, Construction Management, Engineering and / or Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years project management experience. Well-developed interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication skills are key and will be an integral part of this role. Proven track record of managing similar projects with a developer, Tier 1 main contractor or professional practice. Third level Degree in Property, Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying with at least 3 years post graduate experience.
