Sanderson are working with a leading global payment provider. They are seeking a Senior Sales support to join their growing Sales team. This role is based in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin . The company plays an important role in the everyday life of millions of people. For our customers and their customers, they are the link between the parties involved in almost any type of payment transaction. They ensure that any payment is secure and properly applied and settled for each transaction. Key responsibilities: Liaise with Senior Management across Customer Service, Risk, Finance, Marketing and the company's international team. Management of SME customer accounts, liaising with relevant departments (COLEs, Additional Outlets in general and temporary terminals). Summarising support issues and general account management activities. Progress reporting on multiple projects such as sales campaigns and bank engagement. Management of important partnership Lead Portfolio on CRM System - Launching new initiatives for internal referral reporting structures and increasing product adoption. Engagement with Bank of Ireland for the ROI & NI branches at all levels. Become the CRM expert, using the system to create advanced reports in excel. Deliver bespoke reporting, analysis of Sales metrics, reports and channel trends to the Sales Management Team. Tasks. Owning the Additional Outlet process and related services. Processing change of legal entities for applicable merchants. Arranging Temporary Terminals for merchants where applicable. Their important partnership engagement and reporting. SugarCRM Champion. Potential Additional. Mapping Sales Support processes in Promapp Software. Candidate profile. Admin experience. Strong MS Office skills - Advanced Excel is a must. Strong process and mapping data skills. Interpersonal and customer service skills. Fluent in English language. Problem solver. Comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently.
