HR Organisational Design Manager. Sanderson is partnering with its Global client to recruit an HR Organisational Design Manager for permanent hire. You will be supporting organisational transformation projects. Partnering with the functional leadership and business stakeholders to review legacy structures and work practices to build and support high-performing teams that are aligned to the business and it's growth agenda. This position will require a combination of change management and communications actions to execute the transformation. Your ability to use data and insights to inform better ways of delivering along with strong influencing skills. There is a requirement to align leadership groups around implementation of organisation design. You will be experienced in managing OD across geographies being mindful of legal considerations in implementing change. A hands-on approach where efforts will be both focused on being both a strategic as well as completing operational actions as required. Responsibilities: Implementation of OD and HR related actions relating to transformation projects. Manage the process for preparing organisation design alternatives, testing them against design criteria, and aligning leadership groups around design selection and implementation. Prepare workforce transition plans to transition talent at all levels. Design jobs, roles and career paths to aid in the selection and transition of employees. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through the organisation design process. Key role in internal communications and change management for global organisation design projects. Ability to quickly identify risks or challenges to be raised or mitigated against in organisation design efforts i.e. employment regulation; impact to employee engagement etc. Required skills / qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience with at least 3 years of Organisation Design / Global Transformation experience. Experience with Successfactors preferred. Reporting and analytics skills, plus Excel knowledge required. Demonstrated success in creating and implementing OD / transformation plans and managing stakeholders to achieve and sustain business improvement and results. Experience in managing senior-level stakeholder relationships. Active listener, able to see all sides of an issue with solutions mindset. Ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and action. Understanding of how to lead, communicate and implement organisational change. Sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
