Digital Ad Operations Manager  We wish to recruit for a Digital Ad Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of the digital advertising team for The Irish Times Group.   Reporting to the Head of Digital Media Solutions, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, production, and implementation of all digital ad campaigns along with the technology used to deliver and report on them. On occasion they will be required to directly communicate with clients or liaise directly with the relevant area managers. The ideal candidate will be expected to oversee the smooth execution of the day-to-day activities for digital advertising operations across the Irish Times Group.  The successful candidate will ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and the best yield for our digital advertising assets. The person appointed will be responsible for managing and creating relationships with Ad tech vendors as well as serving as the main point of contact within the Ad ops team. The role will also involve the development and improvement of workflows and processes to constantly improve advertising client’s performance, training and coaching and team performance management. An expert knowledge of publisher side Ad servers and associated technologies is a must.  The successful candidate will also be a direct support to the Head of Digital Media Solutions on projects/initiatives that form part of our future strategy.   The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in people management and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  They will demonstrate the ability to work using their own initiative, have strong organisational skills and an adaptable approach to a fast-changing media environment.    The closing date for applications is 30th September 2022.   Applications should be sent with a CV by email to .   .
