Specialist in Occupational Health Medicine The Health and Safety Authority has a wide and varied regulatory mandate which includes acting as the national body with responsibility for occupational health and safety, market surveillance of industrial products and chemicals and acting as the national accreditation body for Ireland through the Irish National Accreditation Board. The Authority has established a new division to give further emphasis to occupational health and is seeking to appoint a Specialist in Occupational Health Medicine to contribute to this exciting new development. Reporting to the Assistant Chief Executive (ACE) Occupational Health, this new position will be a pivotal role in the Authority, bringing in-house occupational medical and health expertise to support the Authority in delivering on its mandate and strategic goals. Remuneration is in line with public sector policy and reflects the seniority of the post.
