Description

HR Business Partner. Hybrid working Dublin based. Sanderson is working in partnership with its leading client to recruit an HR Business Partner to work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of all HR activities, providing best practice advice and guidance on people issues and opportunities. The People Partner enables the development, management, and implementation of people solutions and interventions that supports the business in meeting its strategic objectives. The People Partner will also lead on the HR elements of some group-wide programmes. Core Responsibilities. Act as a strategic HR partner to the relevant management team(s), providing HR guidance and advice in order to ensure the provision of a quality HR service that aligns with overall strategy and plans. Work with management to ensure the business is resourced appropriately, providing HR expertise across the end to end process including participating as a member of interview panels as required. Manage the interface with the Group HR resourcing team and with recruitment agencies, as required. Manage the local implementation of key programmes in areas such as resourcing, performance management, capability assessment and development ensuring alignment to and adoption of Group HR policies, processes and frameworks. Actively seek solutions to identified people-related business problems and bring these solutions to the wider HR team to ensure consistent best practice across the organisation. Interact with Divisional People Partner and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the HR team to find sustainable and innovative solutions to business challenges. Support local management in the execution of core annual processes such as the annual performance management and review cycle. Skills and Experience. At least 5 years' HR Business Partnering experience with significant employee relations and engagement expertise. Experience of working with and influencing senior management in large, complex organisations. HR or business degree or related discipline. Previous experience of delivering HR in a Healthcare environment. Experience of working in an environment where significant strategic change is occurring. Experience of TUPE.
