HR Administrator. Category: Human Resources. Job Type: Professionals. Job Overview. To support the administration needs of the Human Resources (HR) Business Unit. The role will report into the Head of HR Strategy and will provide support both internally to the HRBU but also to its stakeholders, deliver excellence in service. Deliver a General Administrative resource supporting the People Processes and Practices. Role Model the behaviors required from someone operating at this level in this role. Engage with colleagues and internal customer groups in a positive and pro-active manner. Actively engage in HR system testing, process mapping, and policy updating. Identify opportunities to enhance our ability to deliver for our stakeholders. Capture relevant data as part of ongoing report building or vendor instruction requirements. Participate and assist in the rollout of HR activities and initiatives. A sample of the common Administrative activity include: HRIS System Data Amendment or Updating. Payroll Data notification. New Joiner form processing. New Joiner Orientation. Maternity Leave processing. Invoice Processing. Leaver Processing. Contract Generation. Email account Management. Adhoc activities as required. Education/ Experience. Minimum 2 years' experience in an Administrator role or third level HR Qualification. Although not a requirement Candidates with experience of HRIS systems administration and/or a Third Level HR qualification will be at an advantage in this process. Competencies. Self-motivated with a proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadline. Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel and MS Word. Comfort and interest in using evolving Technology. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and willingness to learn. Desire to develop a Career in Human Resources.
