Finishing Foreman | Dublin & Leinster | c. €65k+ & Bonus, Car & Benefits  We are working with one of the larger property developers in the greater Dublin region who have a lucrative ‘shovel ready’ landbanks in strategic locations, they are offering long term employment on prestigious multi-phase developments. Brief: Required for Tier-1 Property Developer who specialise in residential (housing & apartments) , commercial new builds and refurbishments. Projects are strategically located both sides of the M50 and along Dublin's Docklands. Typically, projects are multi-phased, so consistency of location for you. You will be either technically or trade qualified, coupled with several years’ experience supervising the finishes and handing over of all properties. Ability to deliver a quality project in a safe and efficient manner. Keen eye for finishes with the ability to deal with the end users and property purchasers.
