Description

Role Responsibilities. Working as an integral part of the Office of the CEO Team, reporting into the Programme Manager, Office of the CEO and providing support to the directors. Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements. Liaising with a wide range of internal and external contacts, acting as a key contact point for the Directors. Assisting with policy and programme documentation. Collating information, preparing reports, co-ordinating and updating projects / strategic documents / action plans etc. on an ongoing basis. Key Knowledge and Skills. The knowledge and skills required by the Personal Assistant to the Directors includes but is not limited to the following: Exceptional analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to represent company credibly and effectively, building positive relationships with stakeholders and teams. Ability to organise, prioritise and complete work effectively, to tight deadlines and to a very high standard. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and anticipate the changing needs of a fast-paced team. Strong digital skills including the ability to use them effectively to improve performance (Microsoft Office suite, videocall software, etc.) Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changes in the working environment. Ability to present information clearly and engage stakeholders virtually and face-to-face. Ability to multitask, managing competing demands. Self-driven with an ability to work on own initiative. Essential Requirements. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate: A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline / or relevant experience working in an administrative or coordination role for a minimum two years' Discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information. Effective communications and report writing with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of IT and relevant applications used for administrative support (Microsoft 365, particularly MS Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Capable of operating on their own initiative. Excellent co-ordination and organisational skill.
