The Property Registration Authority (PRA) wishes to fill the strategic leadership post of Deputy Registrar (Legal).      The core business of the PRA involves examining legal documents and related maps submitted as applications for registration, interpreting the legal effect of such documents and recording their legal impact on registers and maps. The PRA operates a system of statutory compensation on behalf of the State covering the legal titles for about two million property owners and 2.8 million or so property units.    The PRA promotes an environment of equality, diversity and inclusion in its workforce. The Deputy Registrar (Legal) post is a professional legal post and, reflecting the quasi-judicial nature of the role, a professional legal qualification (either Barrister or Solicitor) is a requirement for the position.
