Global Insurance Group have a permanent opportunity available for a Payroll Executive to join their Reward & People Operations team on a 1-year contract with a strong view to permanency. This position is hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office. The Payroll Executive will support with the execution and delivery of our monthly employee and pensioner payrolls. Duties & Responsibilities. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll submissions in co-operation with our third party payroll provider. Ensure internal controls and governance processes are adhered to. Support employees on all payroll queries, benefits and HR policies and procedures. Prepare and deliver payment files. Understand and apply company policy as and when required e.g., company sick pay benefit entitlement. Manage Revenue returns and payments and multiple share schemes. Act as the point of contact for the company's third-party benefit providers e.g. pension scheme and health insurance. Support with ad hoc duties as required. Skills & Experience. Prior experience of running / processing a high-volume payroll. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail with ability to review large volumes of data accurately. Relevant Payroll qualification such as IPASS or equivalent.
