Description

IT Senior Supplier Analyst. A new opportunity for an experienced IT Supplier Analyst in a blue chip company. You will. play a pivotal role supporting the IT Outsourcing Supplier Relationship Manager. Be ensuring IT Supplier s are managed in an effective manner, mitigating risk s. Ensure value from supplier contracts by driving forward service improvements in line with strategy & supporting IT spend management. Uphold the oversight of strategic supplier s' IT service including risk & control management in line with established IT & security frameworks, SLA. Driving continuous improvement acting as an escalation point for any service related issues. Support the management of IT Supplier s in line with the company Procurement & Outsourcing standard. Responsible for ensuring supplier risk s & controls are managed appropriately with minimal impact to customers. Ensure internal & external risk reporting requirements are fulfilled, including audits & facilitating supplier governance committees. Supporting the IT Outsourcing Supplier Relationship Manager to ensure the supplier meets their service obligations & ensuring supplier s have appropriate controls in place to mitigate risk s with due consideration to commercial & customer implications. Support the management of budget including creating annual budget & forecasting models & variance analysis reporting. Managing PO lifecycle in line with the P2P policy. Overseeing month end process close off in line with reporting deadlines. You will have: A strong analytical background & be able to demonstrate experience of interpreting & analysing large volumes of data with Excel and putting into Powerpoint presentation form. Strong IT & systems capability, with particular emphasis on Excel, & MS office suite. Experience of IT supplier risk & control management in financial services or other regulated industries. Experience in relationship management type role. Good interpersonal skills - succinct, clear communicator. Highly organised & able to effectively influence & collaborate with key stakeholders. Ownership & determination to get the job done & produce high quality outcomes. Prior experience of being involved in the end to end process of preparing budgets & forecasting activities. Requirements: Min 3 years' experience in similar position. Third level degree in a relevant subject. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. Excellent IT/ systems skills. Excellent comms & negotiation skills. Adaptable to change & in a fast-paced environment. Results driven with a positive attitude. A very competitive day rate with hybrid working is on offer.
