Senior Project Manager We are seeking a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to deliver a change project for our Life & Pensions client. You will be a key player in the Change & Technology team responsible for delivering significant change projects via both internal teams and external third parties. You will ensure business outcomes are clearly understood and that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed quality standards. You will have overall responsibility for planning and leading the delivery of the change lifecycle for projects covering both business and technical change. Key responsibilities. Ensure that projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, both internal and external. Criteria. PM experience delivering change in a Life / Pensions environment. Experienced in dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of leading project teams. Experience of Agile and Waterfall delivery. Experience of working with external technology delivery partners and suppliers. Experience of managing IT application development and a good understanding of the full development lifecycle from requirements to implementation.
