Head of HR Services. Sanderson is partnering with its leading client to hire a Head of HR Services to deliver a critical and comprehensive role who's focus will be on the overall quality of the end to end employee experience. You will deliver automation, efficiencies and value services in Recruitment & Talent, Onboarding & Experience, People Services and Group Learning Services. You will lead and drive an ERP implementation as well as the strategic agenda, participating and leading improvements to the current model, enhancing the overall control environment and working to proactively mitigate risk through effective governance. Key responsibilities. Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice policies, ensuring all policies and processes focus on supporting and improving the employee experience across the entire lifecycle. Lead the implementation of a new ERP system in collaboration with Group Functions. Accountable for HR system reporting and data integrity. Drive continuous improvement across the function through identifying and implementing process initiatives to streamline activities, remove duplication and bring synergies and efficiencies. Drive development of Talent Acquisition as a strategic priority. Oversight of the people services team, ensuring a seamless service culture across the employee lifecycle. Oversight of the group property facilities and office services team. Oversight of facilities operation ensuring that all in-house services provided are efficiently performed and implement changes when required to improve the services. Lead and develop team, providing coaching, developmental feedback and maintaining high levels of engagement. Skills and Experience. Knowledge of HR operations design and optimisation. Hands on knowledge and a proven track record of end to end HRIS/ERP design, implementation and ongoing management of same. Excellent analytical skills and communications. Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in a similar environment.
