My client is a multinational electronics manufacturing & repair company who are in search for a Chinese speaking Administrator who is fluent in both Chinese and English with the ability to carry out general administration and translation tasks. *This is a 12 Month Contract* Key Responsibilities: Answer phone and deal with client inquiries, couriers, visitors, contractors (ESB, gas, water, cleaners, etc.) Support communication with customers in China. Manage customers attending for technical training. Support travel bookings and visa applications for the team. General office GA (filing, forwarding expenses, meeting preparation and set up. Support communications with Chinese teams. Support translation of technical and business documents from China to English and vice versa. Potentially will be trained to support sales and service administrator. Support Monthly calls with Chinese Management / PVD sales team. Support translation of corporate and sales material to and from the Chinese teams. Support communications with key suppliers in China. Requirements: Fluent in Chinese and English. 1+ years in office administration. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel to China for periods of up to 2 weeks. Must have a car.
