Category Sourcing Expert - Telco/construction. A key role within sourcing to help business partners & suppliers in contract negotiations on pricing T&Cs, conducting research & providing guidance, benchmarking of data etc. Working with them to resolve supplier issues- invoicing, contract clarification,disputes over contract pricing. Working with teams to guide selections of low-cost & technically qualified suppliers to provide needed services. Supporting the company's cost savings & revenue generation business goals through the sourcing process. Monitoring internal customers & suppliers to identify savings, value streams, innovation opportunities, & changes that may impact the sourcing strategy. Present new products, technologies & services from existing or new suppliers to clients. Processing large amounts of & varying types of data. Multi task on projects work on tight time lines; have empathy & build rapport with stakeholders & suppliers. Understand the delicate balance between cost, efficiency, & quality to get a win-win for all concerned. Skills and experience: Degree or relevant exp in Strategic Sourcing, Supply chain or Procurement. Knowledge of Business Analytical approaches & applications. Ideally you will have: A degree in Supply chain or similar. Experience as a QS or procurement. Of drafting & negotiating Services contracts with Suppliers. Exp. in tech such as Network/Telecom Equipment & Infrastructure. Cert/Diploma from (CIPS) etc. Solve complex problems to ensure business & financial issues result in sound decisions. Lean Six Sigma exp ideally along with Ariba, Google Suite & M/S (PP, Excel & Word. Exp. of Telecoms Engineering, design and of various methods of construction techniques is ideal.
