We are looking for a highly experienced candidate to join our Senior Leadership Team, who will oversee the Communications and CSR departments and work closely with the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the profile of the company as well as assessing risk and protecting the reputation of the business. Working in a vibrant and extremely fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will be excited by problem solving and will be able to quickly react to changing scenarios on a daily basis. They’ll be responsible for driving forward the sustainability agenda for the business and securing stakeholder support for long-term change projects. What you'll do. •    Overseeing and managing the strategies and activities relating to Corporate, Consumer and Internal Communications, Public Affairs, and Corporate Social Responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. •    Identifying and analysing potential threats to the reputation of the business, and managing risk. •    Managing the reputation and image of the CEO and supporting other Board Directors on corporate affairs. •    Directly managing issues and crisis situations on the Communications side and providing strategic advice to the company. •    Responsible for lobbying government on strategic business priorities and challenges. •    Being the main point of contact for trade associations, government bodies and NGO’s in both Ireland and Northern Ireland. •    Ensuring the effective monitoring, reporting and performance measurement of all Corporate, Consumer and Internal Communications campaigns to deliver ROI. •    Overseeing the management and communications of the national charity partnerships and sponsorships as well as sustainability reports and reviews. •    Acting as Company Spokesperson as and when required. •    Overseeing the management of Communications and CSR budgets and retained agencies. What you'll need. Passionate about our Communications and CSR directives and delivering these in the Irish and Northern Irish markets. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Senior Communications, Corporate Affairs or CSR role. Proven track record leading a team of ambitious individuals. Can demonstrate strategic and risk management skills to plan for varying scenarios and solve potential issues. A clear and concise communication style with the ability to translate complex topics into simple language that resonates with all stakeholders. Experience in implementing large-scale change projects and the personal drive to see these through to success. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to persuade and convince. Trustworthy and discreet with ability to keep information confidential. Calm, clear headed and decisive in high pressure and crisis situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to structure and substantiate a persuasive argument. Confident fielding challenging questions from external stakeholders and convincingly representing the company position. Comfortable with and motivated by working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to act as Company Spokesperson, giving both written and broadcast interviews. Full driving licence is essential. What you'll receive.
