Commercially, Each Of The Four Colleges Operates As An Independent Business Unit While At The Same. Time Benefitting From The Shared Services And Advantages Of Scale That Come With Membership Of The Group.  The Role  Due To Continuing Rapid Expansion, The Group Now Wishes To Recruit A Chief Operating Officer.  this Is A Senior Appointment Reporting Directly To The Ceo And The Person Appointed Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Operation Of The Four Colleges By Their Respective Heads. Working With The Board Of Directors, The Academic Board And The Ceo, The Appointee Will Also Have A Major Input Into The Formulation And Implementation Of New Group Strategies.  Key Responsibilities. Manage And Grow The Group’S Education Business, Especially In Terms Of Course Development And Identification Of New Market Opportunities.  Adopt Appropriate Strategies To Manage Business And Organisational Performance In Terms Of Business And Financial Risk.  Work With The Ceo To Co-Ordinate Cross-Functional Programmes.  Promote The Group’S Courses Through Appropriate And Cost-Effective Marketing Programmes.   Provide Progress Reports To The Academic Board And Respond To Actions Required By It Especially In Terms Of The Maintenance Of High Academic Standards.  Ensure That The Group And Its Mission, Programmes, Products And Services Are Consistently Presented In A Strong, Positive Light To Relevant Stakeholders.  Work With The Group Hr Director To Manage Human Resource Issues In Accordance With Authorised Personnel Policies And In Conformity With Current Laws And Regulations.  The Person  The Successful Candidate Will Be A Good Cultural Fit And Have Experience In Managing A Large Team In A Competitive. Environment.
