HR Consultant. Sanderson is recruiting for an HR Consultant for a 6-8 month contract position that will be responsible for reviewing and updating the our client's HR policies and procedures, harmonising benefits and employment contracts, and developing an employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent. The consultant will work independently as well as with HR Director, HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that all changes and updates are aligned with the organisational goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities. Conduct a comprehensive review of the company's HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date, legally compliant, and aligned with industry best practices. Develop and implement new policies and procedures as necessary to address any gaps or deficiencies identified in the review process. Review and harmonise employee benefits and employment contracts across the organisation to ensure consistency and fairness. Develop an employee value proposition that is attractive and competitive in the market, and aligns with the company's culture and values. Collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to communicate changes and updates to employees, and provide training and support as needed. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies, procedures, benefits, and employment contracts, and make recommendations for further improvements. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in HR consulting, policy development, and employee benefits and compensation. Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation and industry best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience using Sharepoint and HRIS Systems.
