In-House Recruitment Specialist. This is a key role in the HR team, liaising with the Head of HR, HR Business Partners and Hiring managers to attract and acquire the highest calibre candidates for the business. Key responsibilities: * Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet the needs of the business. * Achieve overall recruiting goals using various attraction techniques and platforms. * Recruitment for Internship Programme, Graduate Recruitment Programme and Associate Programme. * Work with marketing department to develop corporate brand awareness and candidate engagement. * Provide an efficient high touch recruitment experience across all levels. * Build a comprehensive recruitment database and pipeline of suitable candidates. * Manage relationships with recruitment agencies. * Manage and report on key recruiting metrics. Skills and experience: * Degree or Masters level in business/HR related discipline. * Experience of recruiting within banking and financial services in Ireland and/or UK in-house or agency.
