Technical Support Analyst Windows Environment Financial Client D2 Salary around€35,000 plus benefits Ref 54757. Would you like to work with a Successful Financial Services Client based in D2. they require a Technical Support Analyst for a Permanent role. Responsibilities (Including ) Troubleshoot and Diagnose faults with high profile applications. Respond to Desktop and Laptop faults. Work and collaborate with Virtual Teams across a number of countries. Customer Support. Your Background: Degree Preferred. 2 Years previous support experience is desirable. Strong experience in a Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment. Some knowledge with Windows 2008 / 2012 Servers. Support of Video Conferencing and Audio Visual resources. MCP. Some Knowledge of Outlook and Lotus Notes. Experience in Customer Facing and Phone support. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
