Fitout Foreman

Foreman required by David Flynn Limited for on-going fitout projects in Dublin + we are also looking to recruit a foreman for on-going projects predominantly in Waterford, Wexford, Clonmel, Cork. The ideal candidate will be either from a carpentry background or have a construction management qualification, however site management / fitout experience will also be a key factor. The ideal candidate will : • Have a minimum of 5 years on-site experience. • be happy to take responsibility for sections of the works or a full project depending on the size of the job. • be very good at organising and supervising site operatives and sub-contractors on site. • be familiar with completing general day to day health and safety paperwork on site. • have excellent references. A current First Aid & Managing Safety in Construction Qualification would also be a distinct advantage.
