Job Title: Banking Operations Analyst. Roles and Responsibilities Management of Client Queries received by e-mail and phone. System monitoring and reporting. Management and production of relevant KPI’s. Maintenance of procedures and controls. Preparation and upload to CSC of manual client programs. Verification of manual client invoices discounts. Production of manual client reports. Compliance requirements. To manage registration of suppliers for new and existing Vendor Financing programs. Lead Supplier On boarding in new and existing programs. Qualifications & Experience Requirements : Business/Finance 3rd level qualification. Minimum 6 months experience in banking operations. Proficiency with general IT system applications. Customer Support experience. Knowledge of Global Trade Service products an advantage but not essential. Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite (excel, word, powerpoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear and Concise communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail.
