Description

Purpose: Creating forecasts and schedules in order to meet the client`s requirements. Role Description: Working with all members of the Resource Planning team your role will be focused on creating forecasts and schedules for a number of different clients. Key Responsibilities: Providing support on forecast staffing requirements, both long term and short term for all company departments. This involves analyzing historical information, trends, and communicating with the client to obtain any relevant information. Perform analysis on current performance compared to expected and generate updated forecasts where required. Assist in creation of tender documents and providing staffing information for such. Help to ensure optimum scheduling to meet all client targets. Using a combination of excel and in-house applications, support the preparation and delivery of daily and weekly agent schedules based on forecasted contact volumes. Manage the administration of workflow requests in a timely manner, holiday requests, shift adjustments, ad-hoc requests. Provide accurate and timely regular business and performance reports for both internal and external customers. Communicate information effectively and in a timely manner to all areas and levels within the Business including the client. Supply payroll information for monthly payroll. Ensure schedules are accurate which will mean invoicing and payroll information is accurate. Skills Required. Excellent numeracy skills. Excellent presentation skills. Expert level knowledge of MS Office programmes (specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint. A strong analytical, investigative and problem solving background. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritise on an on-going basis. Excellent attention to detail and high capability for data mining & analytical work. Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organisation. Ability to analyse data and make changes based on the data. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritise on an on-going basis. Commercial awareness. Possess excellent time management skills. Past experience of workforce management and telephony systems essential A minimum of two years` workforce management experience essential This role will involve some travel to our Cork office and may involve occasional travel to some of our other offices.
