HRM are looking to hire a temporary Marketing & Research Assistant to join our busy support team in our Dublin office. While HRM is celebrating 26 years this year, we pride ourselves on being a young and innovative talent acquisition firm, who support many of Ireland's blue chip and household name organisations in their search for the best professional and leadership talent. 2018 is an exciting year for us, as we embark on major projects to enhance both our customer experience and work to comply with new EU wide GDPR regulations. While reporting to our Head of Marketing, the successful applicant will also work closely with our Head of Research to provide administrative assistance as required across our projects, ensuring projects are closed out in a timely and efficient manner. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy coupled with strong organisational skills are a prerequisite of the role. This is a temporary role that will last approximately 3 months. The role will include: Working as part of a team. Event management support. Creation of candidate and client marketing / digital and print. Production of customer MIS. Database management support for GDPR compliance and set up of new processes. Support with customer relationship management programmes. Supporting the delivery of bespoke research-based projects to deliver outstanding value to our clients. The ideal candidate will: Be degree qualified. Have 1 to 2 years' experience in a commercial role. Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Be experienced in database management. Be proficient in Microsoft office. Have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Have excellent organisation and analytical skills. Send your CV today!
