Are you an experienced qualified Chef de Partie? Are you looking for a job in Dublin 1? Want to work Monday to Friday, day hours and one rostered weekend in three? If so we want to hear from you. Job Title: Chef De Partie / Chef Grade II. Location: Dublin City Centre. Hours: Full time (Daytime hours and Mon-Friday. Facility: Hospital. Salary: €28,000-€32,000(plus weekend increments. Benefits: Daytime Hours. Monday-Friday. Competitive Rates. Pension. Sunday Premium. Subsidiary for Healthcare. About the Job: Previous experience in a Hospital or Nursing home beneficial but not essential. Shifts usually 6:30am-3:00pm. You will be expected to work 1 weekend out of 3. Previous work knowledge of Cook and Chill system desirable. City and Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or Equivalent 2 year+ Chef or Culinary Qualification. Must have completed Management of Food Hygiene. Excellence in HACCP management and understanding of Health & Safety protocol. You enjoy working in a structured and mass production kitchen. Interested?
