We have a Head Chef Job opening for our Client in South Dublin. We are looking for a enthusiastic hands-on Head Chef looking to get stuck in and is committed to the successful running of this Kitchen. Job Title: Head Chef. Location: South Dublin. Hours: 40 hours per week. Salary: €38,000. Benefits: Daytime Hours. Monday-Friday. Competitive Salary. Bank Holiday and weekend Increments. Pension. About the Job: Previous experience in a Hospital or Nursing home preferable but not essential. Previous experience in managing a team,training,rostering and managing budgets essential. Responsible for HACCP and Kitchen saftey. Knowledge of HIQA and Dietary requirements. City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 Culinary Qualifications essential. Think your thr right Chef for this position?
