Channel Sales Administrator x 2. Reference: R9944640. Customer Operations - Dublin Based. Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to: Sales Support Manager. We are the helpful energy company. Role Responsibility. This role sits in the Sales Operations team and the Sales Channel Administrator will be part of a team of administrators and analysts who are tasked with supporting both SME and IC categories in key tasks and duties. These activities range from the end to end processing of order fulfilment of our SME and IC category customers, to renewals and any irregularities that may arise. Additionally, to this there are manual recurring reports to be managed and ongoing projects that will require support. Key Accountabilities. Support the end to end sales and service processes for SME and IC categories. Strives to achieve and exceed daily targets. Adherences to Quality standards in all dealings with internal & external customers. Provide support on reporting for channel administration, account managers and category managers. Manage and resolve queries from internal and external SME sales channels. Provide insight into sales pipeline and movement. Ensure our products and tariffs are flowing correctly between our pricing system into our CRM and Billing systems. Provide support to Energy Services initiatives. Provide support to the business during projects and rollouts. Offer insight to improve processes and procedures. Work with Knowledge Management resource to ensure commercial knowledge articles and processes are up to date. Strives to achieve and exceed daily targets. Adherences to Quality standards in all dealings with internal & external customers. Establishes and grows relationships with vendors and external suppliers. Any other duties as they arise. Knowledge, Skills and Experience. At least 1 year experience in an administrative, fulfilment or operational role. Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong CRM skills. Strong team player.
