The position is part of the Service Operations team Supporting Distributors Service requirements. Support the Day-to-Day requirements for Spare parts in Distributor markets including order-to-cash and return -to-factory. Responsibilities: Spare parts order processing for all distributors, export & EU. Creation of RMAs & associated follow up for all distributors. Accessory exchanges for all distributors. Creation / change of Equipment records as required. Shipping documentation for export shipments. Sending open order status report to each distributor on a weekly basis. Enforcement of company policies on Distributor Warranties and Returns. Financial Reporting and analysis on Service revenue, Profitability etc. Liaising with factory planning to highlight stock or forecasting issues. Liaising with warehouses and logistics providers to co-ordinate distributor deliveries. Liaising with Trade & Compliance on shipments to high risk markets. New Distributor on-boarding Tasks. Support Distributor account issues (Invoice issues, credit and debit notes, and returns. Support of other Service operations Tasks as backup and as required. Department Project management as required. Logistics elements: Management of back order report on a daily basis. Working with Distributors and company support functions to define priorities in case of back orders. Stock allocation as required. Competencies: Excellent knowledge of export and service business. Proficient in SAP. Fluent English. Excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Ability to multi-task and solve problems creatively.
