This position will report into the Senior Director of Sales Operations and will collaborate with Sales and FP&A. The analyst will own a variety of activities related to the day-to-day operations of the Sales Operations function. They will have strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills. They will be a self-starter who can deal with ambiguity. Essential Functions: Create comprehensive dashboards and reports for monthly reporting packages as well as ad-hoc analysis. Responsible for report and analytics from Salesforce CRM tool to derive business insights into revenue & pipeline performance. Support the coverage model planning and quota setting for the regions. Collaborate with the commissions team to support ongoing quota management. Manage the analysis of seller ramp data. Support the 2018 territory management definition. Perform data analysis, de-duplication, and cleanup as needed to ensure a clean account management system. Work with IT and FP&A to analyse bookings to revenue conversion. Manage the review of customer performance data such as churn analysis, CAC, LTV, NTF. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Advanced Excel skills. Advanced analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills. Strong program management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and data presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex analysis that delivers comprehensive understanding. Ability to adapt to meet new requirements. Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics. 3 years of relevant financial/business analysis. Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred.
