Description

Title: Fee Billling Administrator. Responsibilities; Ensure timely & accurate billing for clients in line with their fee agreements. Timely collection of debtors ensuring Client debtors are less than 90 days. Prepare internal and client MI in line with agreed procedures. Liase with Sales, Client Management & the broader Client Control & Governance team to ensure that all new and amended fee agreements are implemented timely and accurately. Liase with Finance teams to ensure that the debtors & accrual accounts are reconciled accurately and timely on a monthly basis. Contribute to creation of a new operating model around Commercial Control while ensuring delivery of accurate and timely fee billing and pricing control. Work closely in collaboration across Sales, Client Management, Service Delivery, Change Management and Finance. Effectively prioritise activities (and manage expectations) given competing demands from multiple key stakeholders. Continuously adopt a pragmatic, flexible and responsive approach to meet quality and time standards. Experience Required; Previous experience in a fee billing & payments role in the Funds Industry. Excellent communication skills - written & verbal Excellent excel & database skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong numeric, analytical & logical skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients. Ability to plan, organise & prioritise workload to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environment. Client focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence. Proven ability to take initiative.
