As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be challenged to sell home and motor insurance policies and provide amazing levels of service to our client’s customer base. This is a telephone-based role with a clear set of targets and plenty of potential to meet them if you have the ambition and drive. You’ll be responding to inbound calls, undertaking outbound sales campaigns and handling email enquiries and queries. This role will see you develop a strong understanding of the products on offer, forge excellent relationships with customers and underwriters and seek to improve quality and efficiency across the Home and Motor Team. It’s a busy call centre environment where there are superb career development opportunities for those who can deliver great service, close deals and support profitability. Interested? To be considered, you will need: - Sales experience gained within a telesales environment. - Strong communication skills. - Experience of up-selling and cross-selling. Experience gained within the insurance industry would be beneficial to your application. An APA or CPA qualification would also be advantageous, as would experience of using software such as Relay. Highly articulate with well-developed communication skills, the Insurance Sales Executive will also be positive, enthusiastic and dedicated to meeting deadlines and working on their own initiative.
