Contract: Permanent. Salary: €24,800 p/a. Location: Grand Canal, Dublin 2. Working Hours (rotational): Tuesday to Saturday: 6am to 3pm and / or Sunday to Thursday: 9am to 6pm. Benefits: Free canteen, holiday pay, full training provided. Responsibilities (not limited to): Manage and regularly review cases and follow up on open tickets. Review and analyse reported issue details. Provide feedback on trends identified in review. Assisting the quality analyst and reporting analyst in driving quality customer care outcomes. Diagnose and solve problems facing company clients. The role involves dealing with customers mainly via email. Occasional projects may require contact over the phone. Requirements: Passionate about social media platforms and services. Experienced at using search engines to research information on the internet. Motivated. Familiar with MS office (mainly excel) for updating progress. Excellent Interpersonal & Written Skills. Fluent English and Indonesian speaker. Self-starter, can easily adapt to change (new functionality, changing policies. Good problem solver. Valid work permission to work in Ireland on a full time basis.
