Our client is an extremely progressive and innovative start-up organisation based in Dublin City Centre. They are experiencing significant growth and are seeking an experienced and talented HR, Operations & Legal Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. The Role. This HR & Legal Administrator role will consult and partner with stakeholders in different business areas including; HR, Operations & Legal. This position will offer the successful candidate a wide breadth of experience across HR, Operations & Legal. As the new HR & Legal Administrator, you will support the HR department with HR administration including; payroll, updating the employee database and any employee queries. You will support the Legal team by maintaining legal agreements on the database. The Person. The successful HR & Legal Administrator will be organised and have a high level of attention to detail. Key requirements include: Hold a relevant 3rd level qualification in HR/Business/ Legal (CIPD desirable. 2-3 years' experience working within a fast-paced environment within HR/Legal department. Understanding of relevant general HR and Payroll legislation. Microsoft Excel and Word essential at intermediate level.
