Our client, a Fortune 500 international property and services company are seeking an individual to join their team as a Contract Support Executive. This company are world renowned in their field and employ over 75,000 people globally. The Role. Within the role of Contract Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting a small number of key clients in coordinating all facilities and services requirements for their business. You will work as part of a team of specialists who are allocated to these clients, however, you will be the first point of contact. Your key responsibilities as Contract Support Executive will include: Being the first point of contact for all client's requirements in relation to facilities or on-site issues. Liaising with technical team and contractors to ensure all products and services. Managing all invoicing and profit and loss reporting in relation to your client accounts. The Person. To be considered for this Contract Support Executive role, you will have experience or knowledge of facilities management in a similar role, or have a strong b2b customer support background along with a strong understanding of accounts (invoicing, purchase orders, profit and loss.
