Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for a 9 month fixed term contract working 3 days a week. HR Strategic. Prepare annual HR plan as part of work planning process. Identify and implement strategic HR initiatives to ensure business has right people in place at the right time including development initiatives for existing staff, and ensuring terms and conditions in place to attract and retain key staff. Support the Senior Management team in the management of talent within the business. Ensuring the organisational model, structure and processes are appropriate for the business as it grows and develops. HR Operations: Lead and manage recruitment and induction of personnel as required. Ensure all policies in place are up to date and operating effectively across the multi site organisation, (Harcourt Street, Cherry Orchard and Belfast. Lead the process for implementation of Performance Management including formulation of organisational KPI’s. Identify and implement programmes to meet training and development needs of staff. Ensure the internal communications process is appropriate and operating effectively , in collaboration with other staff.
