Working with a range of public and commercial sector organisations, this role will focus on areas including; Organisational Design and Development, Change Architecture, Cultural and Behavioural Change, Leadership Coaching, Learning and Development, HR Transformation and Communications. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a breadth of experience in people and organisational change capabilities and large-scale transformation programmes, with a focus on sustainability and an exposure to HR practices.
