They are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a maternity cover contract. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support the smooth running of the business and ensure that customers receive a first-class service. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will: - Administer key production and engineering information. - Respond to customer queries via telephone and email channels. - Gain a clear understanding of customer requirements and prioritise tasks accordingly. - Communicate any delays or issues to customers. - Ensure that orders and schedules are updated on the MRP system. - Enter price changes on to the database. - Order stationary for the office. To be considered, you will need: - Experience in an administration, office management or receptionist role. - Excellent customer service skills. - Proven reporting skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. - A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Studies or a similar discipline. As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be a positive self-starter with excellent communication skills.
