Our client, global management consulting company, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager with a background in the travel industry to join their team based in Dublin . This is 4 months contract . You will support programs that can include: development of marketing / sales materials, events, content development, campaign management, digital marketing and internal communications. The Marketing and Communications professional will be a team player who can get involved in a wide range of activities and is not afraid to "have a go". We are looking for candidates based in Dublin for this role. Your responsibilities will include: Support for several marketing projects such as the creation of marketing materials (videos, brochures, ads, etc.), organization of events and E2E campaigns. Contribute to the development of marketing content and creation of relevant messages. Liaise with stakeholders such as partners, suppliers and creative agencies, as required. Work to maximize and extend relationships on a day to day basis with internal areas (digital, social, Internal Communications, Innovation Center) that are key to bring our programs to life. Measure results from programs and coordinate metrics. Support with industry reports, budget management and procurement stuff. Internal Relationships: internal communications, digital marketing, media, Innovation Center. External Relationships: partners, external suppliers, third party vendors, agencies. Requirements: Excellent written English language skills. Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions. Highly organised and able to manage projects, balance a number of conflicting priorities and react to changing demands - often under tight timescales. Proficient computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Passionate about Innovation. Strong attention to detail. Proactive, keen to learn. Significant experience in business-to-business marketing is a plus. Experience in the Travel Industry (aviation, hospitality, OTAs) is a plus.
