We are looking for a ambitious Sous Chef who focuses on producing quality food for a high volume driven kitchen in Dublin 7. You will have a real flair for cooking and work back to back with the Head Chef predominaly daytime to evening shifts with one weekend off in three. We are looking for a Sous Chef to come in and hit the ground running with the view of moving into a Head Chef position for this expaning group! About the Job: You will work back to back with the Head Chef in running the kitchen. Work to the highest standard practising professionalism and making sure all policies and procedures are adhered to. Be fully aware of budgets and the department's financial targets. Stock control, stock checks, menu planning, To lead and motivate team members to create and maintain a smooth environment. Effective communications within the team and management. Supervise junior chefs and help them move forward in their role. Assist with any training and coach the junior team. Manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. Sounds like you?
